Multiple accounts, incorrect information, and unauthorized sharing are not allowed in ab99 App; Dhaka users set up accounts with bKash, so data matching is essential.

  • Log out if you sign in on another device

Refunds, chargebacks and dispute resolution

If a transaction error occurs, send a screenshot to support; with bKash or Nagad reference number, claims are verified first, then decision.
